Twitter realize a survey with more than 5,400 people who follow small and medium-sized businesses to find out. Of those surveyed, 90% use Twitter each week, with more than half using Twitter every day.

Twitter also found that 78% of people Tweeted at a business. That’s a lot of potential customers
93% said they plan to purchase from businesses they follow.
